Disgusted with The Range. Requested how to return item from Partner of The Range on 30th August. Requested details again 31st August - Partner offered 10% to keep the goods. Said no thanks, just give me return details. Called The Range customer line 1st September - was assured a return form would be emailed to me immediately by them. Nothing received. Emailed again asking for return form - Partner offered 20% discount to keep the goods. Refused the offer again. Asked again for return details. 4th September received email offering 30% discount to keep the goods. Refused the offer - asked again for return details and DPD label. Called The Range Customer Care line, said it would be sorted, the next email from the Partner would have the DPD label in it. 5th September - NOTHING RECEIVED. Support is ineffective, no resolution, something to complain to Trading Standards about.

Worst company to buy from, please if you want to avoid months and months of stress and having to deal with incompetent people then please do not buy anything from this company. After receiving a poor quality bed from The range, it took me 3 months to get them to take it back and 1 month after returning the bed, i still haven't received my refund. Contacting customer services is useless. This is a Rogue trader they have no professionalism or any regard for their customers, once they have received your payment. The range plus suppliers are some dodgy factories manufacturing defected quality products. Please avoid at all costs

Beware ordering online!!!. The Range use outside suppliers and if the goods arrive damaged as in my case after 1 month sending emails and numerous telephone conversations with "Customer Service" re: "lack of service" I still have the damaged item and no further getting a refund. I have now given up and will NEVER order online from The Range again

Buyer beware - Faulty goods Buyer beware. Ordered a bed that arrived full of scratches to the headboard paint and in a poor condition. Attempting to resolve, was met with delays to responding to emails (4 days response supposedly, day 9 and counting) There is an option on the website for receipt of faulty goods to return, receive a replacement part or have a discounted refund. This is not the case. Customer service lacking and does not wish to resolve with the customer. Their loophole? If a bed comes from another company (but is displayed on The Range website) they seem happy to not want to negotiate the right resolution for the customer effectively as the response is a bit “it’s not my department”. Seems happy to sell scratched beds at full price to customers but will not negotiate a satisfactory resolution with the customer as “it’s not their bed”. Seems to think the only resolution is to deconstruct and return a heavy goods item and give a refund and leave us with no bed. This resolution option was not right for us and could have been resolved a much cheaper and simpler way I guess they think the customer won’t go to the effort do this. Left with a very poor experience from The Range and will never use again.

Today, around 14:15, Rolf was very helpful, went through on the computer to find my cabinet to be ordered online, after he went round with me to show me all everything about. Just previously a skinny woman at the garden centre turned me away, telling me that she is assisting an another customer, not true as no one around and she was doing like arranging the decoration lights on one of the inside gazebos. She might not be interested to help. Good and bed, but at least Rolf did it well. Thank you Rolf

This is a review of online service. I will never shop from this company again. We ordered a piece of garden furniture. Big mistake. It was shoddy and arrived broken. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue which included being cut off twice. Then, rather than apologising and trying to help us, after requesting multiple photographs, they then expected us to waste more time organising to return the large item. Their “send us a message” never works, convenient for them! Don’t go near this company.

Defective wallpaper my professional decorator called me to say each time he pasted the wallpaper the pattern came off I contacted The Range where I purchased from and the supplier Arthouse Arthouse have interegated me blamed everything but there wallpaper and done nothing to help resolve the situation. I was not surprised when I saw multiple negative reviews of simular problems

No txt or email about delivery date and its been 10 days now and my item is still at the couriers warehouse not delivered - every time I call the Range I get a different story and they have been most unhelpful indeed - there is no way to contact the courier company and I have no idea if I will ever get my item or if its been lost. Was promised a refund on the postage for the inconvenience yet that never happened - customer service is appalling and no one seems to know what is going on or even care - will NEVER buy online from the range again as spend £130 on a water feature that I still dont have and just keep getting told to wait longer

Went to the Cannock range today to buy a home brew sterilisation ki for £11.99 that is what it was marked up as when I came to pay I was told it was now £12.99 I refused to pay the extra £1 and they reluctantly reduced it to £11.99 NOW THIS LOOKS LIKE PROFITEERING TO ME I can understand new stock going up but not existing stock that STINKS . SO PLEASE CHECK THE PRICES WHEN YOU GO TO THE TILL . I have just received a very feeble reply from the Range saying they have no control over fluctuating prices as I said NEW STOCK I ACCEPT THE PRICE CAN GO UP BUT NOT EXISTING STOCK .Which they have already displayed . Product no 327142 Myo starter kit .

Ordered garden furniture payed for express delivery (5days) 3 weeks later am still waiting on part the most important part of my order the table assembly instructions and fittings despite numerous calls to customer services no one even knows where missing part of order is let alone when it will be delivered very rude staff hung up on twice told numerous times it will be sorted soon blah blah blah Quick to take payment but not so quick to help I will NEVER buy another thing from the range absolute joke terrible way to treat paying customers SHOCKING

This item has been on order for less than an hour even though but it took 40 minutes to get though a queue with only 14 people in it on the telephone to request a stop. Their website has no chat facility and no way to interact with Customers services without a phone call. The person on the phone I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and when I asked if I could speak to someone else said "we're going around in circles I'm ending the call". Contact their CEO instead and just got told to wait 10 days whilst they processed a return for something they've not even sent. They said it would have to be delivered before they'd consider a refund. If they needed the money that badly I could have discussed a short term load with them. Instead I've issued a chargeback. I was told they could stop the delivery even though they agreed it had not left their warehouse, not been collected by their delivery company but because they didn't know how to stop a collection. What a joke. clearly just trying to keep customers money longer than needed.

We order a sofa through the range, thinking as a large well-known brand. Not knowing the contract out the sofa manufacturering to a small unknown and incompetent partner in Birmingham. We had paid and booked a schedule delivery date for October weeks in advance, to be told after the delivery date that the manufacturer had a foam shortage but we should have the sofa soon. After chasing weekly, been on hold to the range call said every time for one hour plus, We finally received the sofa one week before Christmas. We were so shocked when the delivery came in an unmarked old dirty transit van by a guy that couldn’t speak English. After the sofa had been unpacked, expanded and settled, we realise there were too many cushions and all incorrect sizes. We complained to the range to be told we needed to now deal with the manufacturer!! They clearly had had there money and wanted nothing else to do with us the customer.After finally managing to reach Elleganza by in March, after calling daily to an unanswered phone and writing several complaint emails. we were told that the factory will come out to our premises and review the issues. We are now at the end of May and I’ve not heard anything from eleganza and the range are refusing to deal with our complaint, saying that it’s the manufacturer we need to go back to. Overall experience has been less than one out of five. I would never purchase a sofa with the range or eleganza again I would not recommend you do so either.

I ordered a hot tub via the range and also paid an extra £20 for delivery…I ordered it on the 11th May and still havnt Received it, after hearing nothing and having to chase my order yesterday I’ve had a notification that it’s finally being delivered on Monday which will be the 22nd May, 11 days from order to (potential) delivery is very poor, especially considering I paid £20 extra for delivery, I should have brought it from Amazon who offer a next day delivery service for free. Lesson learned!

I would give Zero stars if I could but it would not progress, so I had to give it one. I will NEVER shop online with The Range again. I had to pay postage to return a rubbish product. So I am out of pocket for an item that I did not keep. AND it took Customer Service nearly 2 weeks back and forward to sort it all out. Stair Treats, £48, I had to pay for delivery AND then pay to return £6.69 I will NEVER shop in The Range again.

If i could leave minus stars i would! Ordered 2 weeks ago and no goods have arrived. Tracking links for the goods even state that the goods have not been handed to the courier and that was 2 weeks ago,! No help via email or Twitter, phoned and was told i could not cancel as goods dispatched, DESPITE THERE OWN TRACKING STATING GOODS HAVE NOT BERN GIVEN TO THE COURIER!

I bought an paid on the 4th of march they had taken the money for a slow cooker and had given me the delivery date which was the 10th of march to then get an email on the 10th of march saying my order was cancelled ???? (not by me it wasnt) so I ring them for them for them to then say the slow cooker was the wrong price yet again not my problem I didn't price it up you sold it me for £45 I expect to get the item I paid for not to be told a week later they have cancelled because it was priced wrong they will not admit they are in the wrong even with all proof so I have reported to trading standards on the principle I actually manage to find the same slow cooker at a lower price but will now avoid the range at all costs the customer service is shocking

Been waiting for a refund since 30th November for faulty goods. They said I’d have it before Christmas. So many emails full of pretence. Treated like a mug. Avoid!!!

Awful company to buy from. Purchased table mats in 13/12/2022 for Christmas gift, they arrived in terrible condition so not able to give as a gift. But worse is customer service I am still waiting a month on for them to accept a return and a refund, not heard from them since 22/12/2022 chased beginning of this week still nothing. I would avoid.

Just about everything went wrong with the order and the service i have received from the range so far. The initial order was delayed at the warehouse and nobody had any idea how long the order will take and the customer services agent was not helpful at all. Once the order arrived, it arrived smashed up and of course was broken inside the box. We have sent it back instantly with the currier, but the range are now refusing to refund us until they receive it and even though I have shared proof that i have returned it with the currier and the proof of the fact that product arrived damaged. It has been over 2 weeks since we have returned the order and thet are still not refunding us. It is impossible to get hold of anybody and even when you do, they are not helpful at all and don't even take a second to understand the issue. I will never be ordering rom them again and urge anybody to avoid this company.
