Avoid going in here, unless you want to increase your chances of getting COVID. Been in today, number of shoppers NOT WEARING MASKS, two women in particular walking around aimlessly, one man not wearing mask standing too close very reluctant to move away and create distance in the queue created by the store as only one till was opened. Purchased a 'Blush Pink Button Stool' which has a soft velour finish for my daughters bedroom. The good news it came in around a week, but it's all bad news after that. “Avoid online shopping at the range! ”

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Ordered on the 14th of November and was supposed to get my delivery on the 21st. Didn't hear any updates from the range after a couple of weeks had passed. Their contact system is rubbish. If you email or use their contact form, they take at least a week to reply or don't reply at all. If you try ringing up, you are put on hold for an hour. Had to do this about four times! Do not order furniture from the range or online, don’t get updated to delays then don’t deliver, customer services are useless! Although they take your money from day 1, you cancel the order wait a week and they refund one of the cheapest items and that’s it so again you have to contact these useless people and then have to wait another 2 weeks for full refund cause they are so stupid they can’t do it in one go!! Avoid buying furniture from this place at all costs. I went into the store in Watford on 12th June and found the perfect dining table and chairs. Was the delivery company XDP. if so good luck, I had the same problem. Cancelled in the end and reordered from elsewhere. Still waiting refund. Must have sent 15 emails to THE RANGE no response, going through PayPal to reclaim money

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I brought a sun lounger which took 3 weeks delivery even though I paid a hefty delivery charge. I was told I would get a refund within 4-5 days. “Out of pocket with no delivery of order.”

Terrible and almost uncontactable customer service (currently been on hold for 48 minutes) on my 4th attempt. I ordered a new Flymo on March 29th with a delivery date of April 8th. With no further contact from the Range and having now spoken to the courier company who haven't received the order as of today (April 17th) my next step is to contact my credit card company to =deal with it. It gets worse. If you try and report problem on their site it's a continuous loop and you literally can't complain or cancel the order. I found their complaints email and that just refers you to the very same number which either cuts you off does not answer. I've literally spent hrs upon hrs and got nowhere. Reviews don't get a response but please try if your in the same predicament. They've now had the money (£1200) since 16 Mar 20 (well before lockdown) and now I can't even cancel the order to get my money back! Can I just ask a simple question from not a wheel family, in this time of need could you afford to be out of pocket for this amount of money with no way of getting it back in the short term? Truly unbelievable... YET, try phoning their line for new orders (funny that, just shows you what this company is concerned with and it isn't the poor people who have existing orders!).

I have chased this by submitting an online enquiry 4 times!!! Nobody will confirm where my order is or when I will receive a refund. The phone number is impossible to get through on. Avoid this sham company. Will never enter this store again let alone buy from it again. Spent a thousand pound on some sofas, told would be delivered within 10 days and paid my £20 for the privilege. Day before delivery get rid of the old sofas and spend night watching tv sitting on the floor. Delivery day go to track my delivery and find order cancelled as damaged.
