I have to thank the staff at The Range in Hilsea for their help in finding an old bracelet I lost the other week when I was going down the escalator. It is a Victorian silver and marble acorn bracelet I inherited from my grandmother. Not much monetary value but huge sentimental value. Staff moved fixtures and retrieved the bracelet. “Low quality, poor service”

I should have realised low cost means low quality. Purchased a set of blinds before Christmas and was very happy to start with. However now summer is here they have melted and sag in the middle. Because it's just over 6 months since purchase, the range want me to "hire an independent tradesmen to write them a report on why the blinds are defective"... Your be waiting a long time… this is the third order is 7 months I’ve had arrive damaged or missing items. My most resent order was in the first week of may… 8 emails later I’m still waiting for a response. My items arrived damaged so I was told to bin them and I would be given a refund. Not a replacement, no compensation, a refund… which I’m still sat here waiting for nearly 2 months later. My first order back in December I was even accused of lying about missing items. Waiting several weeks before getting a refund. Again no replacement item, no compensation just a refund. Customer service don’t give a flying **** about customers. My advice for you… take them to court and sue them! I’m going to contact watch dog and trading standards

Just the worst customer service. Ordered may 15 for June 17 delivery, they then sent a threatening email saying my summer furniture delivery was being pushed to Sept 7, when on the site, they're still selling the product to people promising July 17 delivery. Disgusting behaviour from the Range, knowing full well there is a shortage and we now have no garden furniture throughout the summer. Will never shop at the Range again. Item received damaged 6 weeks ago and no response from customer service department despite 20 emails. Finally responded and offered refund but no refund received 3 weeks later. Bought £650 hot tub and was faulty within 14days they would not refund when exercising my rights under the consumer credit act 2015 and said their T&C's superseded it which it doesn't ! The extremely rude sales manager at the Paignton Branch informed me that if I had purchased a £5.99 item they would refund me but certainly not a £650 pound item !
