I purchased a patio set and one of the chairs has collapsed causing injury to my mam, I have tried everyway to contact The Range but still awaiting a response, totally discussed

Your be waiting a long time… this is the third order is 7 months I’ve had arrive damaged or missing items. My most resent order was in the first week of may… 8 emails later I’m still waiting for a response. My items arrived damaged so I was told to bin them and I would be given a refund. Not a replacement, no compensation, a refund… which I’m still sat here waiting for nearly 2 months later. My first order back in December I was even accused of lying about missing items. Waiting several weeks before getting a refund. Again no replacement item, no compensation just a refund. Customer service don’t give a flying **** about customers. My advice for you… take them to court and sue them! I’m going to contact watch dog and trading standards
