Ordered garden furniture costing over 1k given a highlighted receipt from cannock store with delivery date 17th March. Date comes and no delivery! Call the store spoke to a rude and dismissive woman on the customer service desk to be told there's a 2-3 day delay but that its nothing to do with them its the courier! We call customer service team to be told she will chase the order and email within 5 days to confirm new delivery date. Still nothing! We call again to be told its in the docks and will be with us in the next 10 days. 7th April delivery arrives 3 weeks late I open the boxes to find 2 tables and no sofas! Livid doesn't come close! This company has shocking customer service incompetent staff and takes no ownership onces they have your money! Do not shop with them!
