Astwood Summer House

We visited the Leek showroom before Christmas and were very grateful for the friendly help and advice we received. We chose a design and paid a deposit. After reviewing the order and looking again at the proposed site we decided to adjust the design which Malvern were very happy to do at that point. After the base had been built it was a matter of a few weeks before Malvern installers arrived. They were very quick (it took half a day), efficient, tidy and friendly. We are very pleased with the result. The process from purchase to completion was straightforward and the summer house is high quality and well finished. More expensive than some other suppliers but well worth it for the quality of the building and the service. We had Malvern garden buildings at our previous house as well and can thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent job

We purchased an ex-display garden room from a local garden centre (12 months old). Malvern dismantled it and re-erected it in our garden. The work was completed quickly and tidily by the time they finished, the building looked brand new. Lovely lads as well. Can't fault the product or the service.

From start to finish the process has been professional and very smooth. I am delighted with the shed. It was an ex demo that needed to be disassembled and rebuilt. It is good as new. Great job guys!

Purchased a 6x4 pent shed in an end of season sale so was able to get a good saving on a price which included installation. It just meant delivery was a few weeks longer. Very pleased with quality of the shed and with the installers, who had the thing unloaded and erected in the time it took me to make them a cup of tea. The shed is robust and shows no signs of leaking, everything is square the inclusion of a window in the spec is a welcome feature. Had a couple of conversations with the customer services team and also found them to be helpful and friendly. All in all I’ve been very happy with Malvern.

We had a great experience, chose our lovely summerhouse, went through the detail and colour and 12 weeks later it was up in less than a day and left very tidy ! Great fitting teams too

Great service. The installation team were friendly, professional, and communicated clearly with us. They'd noticed that the ex-display we had purchased had had some wear and tear so replaced the flooring and touched up the paintwork so it looked as new.

Corner Studio Summerhouse

My summerhouse was efficiently delivered and installed on 13th Aug. I have chosen an insulated, double glazed version and am very pleased so far. The structure seems well made and is watertight, although I have noticed puddles on the roof after rain. The finish is good and spare paint was provided. The contact with the office was very good and the person I spoke with very helpful and clear. I would recommend.

Poor quality not worth the money

Serious defects, paintwork cracking and bubbling, with knots bleeding through and excessive shrinkage, door hinges out of alignment and broken parts, gaps in the fascia allowing water ingress. There is no accountability, endless delays. ( 14 months ) we spent over £24k. If you’re considering spending thousands on a garden office building, I strongly urge you to shop around. Malvern has provided a truly terrible customer experience over a 14 month ordeal, that still remains unresolved.
