Great quality taps, I am extremely happy with the product received for my bathroom and the customer services in place.

Yes, their prices are very good. I had a builder doing work and needed them urgently and paid the extra for next day delivery. 5 days later, no email, no call and no taps. I called the number - which, if you ever end up in the unfortunate situation of having to call just a heads up that no-one answers and I mean ever! What you do have is an online chat which is also rarely staffed but I did, on day 6, manage to 'chat' with Jacinta to be told that the item I had ordered for next day delivery would be another week. I asked what taps they did have available for next day in a similar style and was offered something for double the money. Reluctantly, I agreed but asked her to check it would definitely be delivered. 20 minutes later no response. I hopped onto Screwfix and had similar taps delivered the next day £20 cheaper - no problems. This, however, still leaves the issue of the refund which, 2 weeks later I have still not received. This, despite having received 2 emails confirming that it had been done. I am currently going through the Paypal route to get my money back having been told by Jacinta (again) that the refund will be issued today.

Purchased a couple of Taps from this site. The first time I ordered a bathroom tap, it came a day late but they called to explain so wasn't too fussed.

Ordered a new tap for my kitchen, paid extra for next day delivery and it came next day so all fine and would use again.
