Ordered plants on 2nd April with expected delivery date of 12th April. And 3 months later I eventually got NOTHING!! This is not a real company. They do not and cannot fill any plant orders. Bought a solar shade from Primrose and accepted that I would have to wait slightly longer than normal delivery turned up late with bits missing, emailed Primrose on three separate occasions without any response other than automated one saying they were doing their best. Why are they still taking new orders when they can't complete existing orders ~ may companies have adapted quickly to Covid-19 this one hasn't won't use again. We have had other items from Primrose, which are absolutely fine. We were therefore happy to order a large cantilever parasol from them, as they offer a return and refund service. I wish I had checked their reviews online before ordering it. “Honey pot water feature”

Absolutly diabolical service ordered a water feature in June and took almost a month to arrive i sent 4 differant emails and did not receive a reply to any of these. We bought a 4 seated garden table with parasol (not cheap at all) and the glass of the table (or whatever material was that) suddenly and for no reason was broken in thousand of small pieces in a sec. I have never seen something like that before. Tried to call primrose and sent them emails a lot of times but they never bothered. The order was delayed by 2 weeks - it was pre-covid19. The order arrived incomplete. The missing part that arrived was faulty. The phone line was always busy, took 7-8 calls to communicate. I asked for a discount due to the above, was told I would be sent a £40 voucher (the product was almost £400, so to the value of just above 10%). Never received it. Totally rubbish at communicating. Waited almost 3 months for plants at arrive. Paid through PayPal so contacted them for refund. Only then did Primrose send the plants. When they arrived, all 5 plants ordered were loose in a plastic bag that had burst open. Three plants were broken and un-usable as they were broken at the base and the other two were broken further up and unlikely to make it into anything grand. “No customer service except for people leaving nice...”

I made an order for 5 plants on April 6th. Nothing happened for about 4 weeks and I checked the details and found they had taken my money twice. The phone is disconnected so I sent an email query which wasn't answered. Then I raised a dispute through PayPal as a result of which I was eventually refunded the second payment, still no direct communication from them. What a complete shambles of a company. My order was suppose to be refunded but I only got part refund and a few things came in dries and drabs. The “Premium Tomato”plant is an absolute joke at £5.99. I had a refund for some items but not all. I don’t know who is running this company but they should be fired immediately. Do not even look at their web site, it is a joke. Purchased a range of plants in March 2020, over half still not arrived and of the 9 that did, only 2 are still alive. Ordered in April, received one generic email re Covid and delays, then nothing. Hundreds if not thousands more in the same boat, handed over cash and received NOTHING!
