I called one afternoon and a very nice man came round that evening. The price for spraying of the wasps nest was cheaper than the council. I paid by cheque and it was all done within 15 minutes. There aren't any signs of any wasps today and I've seen some dead on the floor.
All in all I would highly recommend this company.
