Brilliant service, came out to use within an couple hours after calling. Dealt with our rodent problem after first visit but came back to check twice more. Gave us sensible and useful advice on how to deal with them in future. If necessary we wouldn’t hesitate to call again, perhaps won’t wait so long next time. I had a wasps nest in the eaves of the roof and they were coming in the house through the loft. I called and had Great service. He was here quickly within a couple of hours. Very polite and professional and got the job done, and was very considerate of my fear of being stung.

He got on with the job straight away and even taped up the loft and light fittings to prevent any angry wasps coming in afterwards.

What’s more the price is very fair - a lot less than others who ‘ couldn’t do it for that price’ and then seemed angry that I wanted other quotes - so I’m very glad I chose Pestek and will definitely use again if I need to.

Excellent customer service. Answered all my concerns and I rung him on a number of occasions for advice. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Came back twice over the fleas cycle to ensure full coverage and will come back a third time if needed. Haven't seen any of the Lil buggers for a number of days now. Would recommend.

The company I work for has multiple venues all across the UK. I'm not based in Leeds, but I was calling Pestek regarding a venue that is. I phoned to ask if they provide commercial pest control, but before I could speak I was shouted at for calling from a different area code. I tried to explain that I was calling regarding a business in Leeds but was told angrily that they don't offer commercial pest control, told to stop ringing and was hung up on. That was the first contact I'd ever had with them and it will be the last. I hope they don't treat all callers that way.

I had fleas at my home. I asked if they could come out and get rid of them. I told the person on the other end of the phone that I don't have my cats anymore. And he said because I don't have my cats anymore there is nothing they can do. If you didn't want the job you should of just said.
