Gutted I never had a look at this company's reviews before placing an order with them! Ordered parts 2 weeks ago, money left my account same day, no confirmation received, no replies to any of my follow up emails to cancel and refund my order & both numbers that are online don't work and says they are disconnected!! I have raised a dispute with my bank to see what they can do, but similar to other reviews here and other sites, I suspect they have folded and ran with my money, and others - happily review this if not true, and they refund me, but not holding out much hope......

Order parts charged for next day delivery but got nothing. Phone permanently engaged and do not reply to emails. Have they gone bust?

Bought from this company because they advertised next day delivery for

£14, part only cost £5, 3 days later didn't arrive, chased up order with no joy, no apologies, had to buy from Potterton which I got next day. Original part arrived after 10 days!!!. Would not even offer a refund on the shipping cost as they said I had received the part. Company is a joke. Will never use again.

Whilst making enquiries about a new glass front for our elderly gas fire which still works perfectly I was explaining how the glass had gone cloudy in places when the phone cut off.I phoned back and asked if I had said something wrong only to be told that he couldn't be bothered ! I said oh you couldn't be bothered - he said nah!!!! Very good customer service !!!
