Had a terrible experience with this website. After transaction completed, window kept popping up asking me to input my Credit Card details again. Phoned up the shop to enquire if the order had gone through, got to speak to a guy, who was rude and insulting, kept making reference of the stupidity of people and wanted to know where I came from. Not sure how this had anything to do with my order that actually turned up to have been placed despite the window popping up asking for my Credit Card details again.

This to me might suggests a problem with the cyber security of the website.

He cancelled my order without my explicit request which led me to end the conversation. He phoned me back, still wanting to have a go.

I ordered a boiler fan for Saturday delivery at extra cost. Didn't arrive. When I called them I was told it wouldn't be there til Monday. Useless. No point being a good price if you can't deliver.

this is the best place i have found on the internet for boiler spare parts, especially for some older models.

they have a wide variety of parts for different models, and this is the only place that i found the part i needed to get my boiler back in good working order.
