I paid for "Express Delivery" and waited in all day for my nice new £399 swing chair to arrive (as promised)....... long story short, it hasn't turned up. I rang Greenfingers and was told that there had been "some problems with today's deliveries" (nooooo... really?) and that it would be delivered to me "at some time tomorrow" (too bad I'm back at work tomorrow). Initial impressions of this outfit are not good. I'm already getting that "you've been had" feeling. Who knows when my goods will arrive :(
