A year on from ordering I am still trying to get resolution to a complaint for 75 quids worth of damaged and dead plants that arrived all shoved on top of each other in one box. "Ticket" complaint system is a joke - over the year I have had a few replies saying be patient someone will get back to you... then nothing and they close the ticket. I keep re opening to no avail. They are happy to take your money but refuse to listen to complaints, and pretend they cant contact you any other way. I even wrote the old fashioned way to the Founder but was ignored! I am just hoping enough people can read reviews to be warned away from this "company"! I certainly wish I had!
