“Disgusting excuse for a company”

Ordered a number of plants back in April, took two months to arrive.
Happy to take my order and my money however, not in any way , shape or form are they happy to answer my queries.
Plants eventually arrived after all the Covid 19 excuses under the sun.Some of them were in a somewhat squashed state, and the five Lupin Tutti Frutti plants have died despite my best attempts to keep them alive.
I also received a free pack of bulbs, great however, i have no idea what they are as i did not receive any plant care details and they were not labelled, unlike orders i have placed when ordering from other reputable on line companies.
I have written to them on three occasions, on each occasion my "Ticket" has been closed without any form of reply.
What sort of company has no telephone number, no contact through facebook or twitter and has turned off its customer support chat facility.
No updates on its website for weeks.
Smells of a one man band operating from a loft, there is an address, may be i should go knock on the door, if they exist?.
