Flimsy & unhelpful

I recently purchased BillyOh Expert Tongue and Groove Pent Workshop

The delivery was on time though they did just leave it outside on the street while I was actually in the house.

I then put the shed up, which was easy enough to do and all the parts were there. Though the instructions were worse than IKEA instructions.

the material was thinner than other sheds I have had, I guess they are attempting to cut costs where possible, which I have no major issue with.

Then came the fitting of the windows. Poorly sized and flimsy little bits of perspex that needed to be trimmed down. Not only did I have to adapt the frames by adding more wood just to keep it secure but they were so flimsy you could just push them through.

We had a bit of wind recently and two of them fully blew in. When I tried to pop them back in they snapped.

I then went back to the company and asked for replacement parts given the poor quality and design. They made the whole process of doing so, so complicated and drawn out that I gave in and bought my own.

I would recommend you save yourself the time and money and just go to B&Q or Wickes ....
