I had a good experience of BB while the goods were not faulty. However when after 6 months my Mira digital shower stopped working they did not want to know.
Mira denied my manufacturer warranty on a pretext (a claimed, unsubstantiated and undocumented incompatibility with my shower pump, nothing to do with the electronic failure of my remote controller) then Bella Bathrooms instantly said because it had been installed it was nothing to do with them. They have persistently refused to acknowledge the Sale of Goods Act, at Director level.
It is a policy, apparently. If the manufacturer deals with it, it's all fine. If they don't, it seems you will have to meekly accept the loss or endure all the stress and hassle of taking Bella Bathrooms to court.
I can only advise shopping elsewhere.
