“Very Poor Customer Service”

Purchased a new bath and basin. ten days later we found the same bath for over £60.00 less at another on-line store. We noticed that Bella Bathrooms advertise a Price-Match feature, however when we contacted them and sent them the link to the cheaper bath they informed us that the price match didn't apply if the customer has already made the purchase. Honestly! if one would find the exact same product elsewhere why on earth would you go back to them just to get the same price!
Their customer service department only seem to be interested in arguing and informing their customers that they are wrong.
