“Disgusting customer service”

Order paint brushes online should have been delivered last Tuesday, no show no show on weds, requested refund through PayPal. Have received three phone calls informing that the delivery driver delivered the goods NO THEY HAVENT ! Asked if they had a signature NO THEY HAVENT! Photo of delivery at address NO THEY HAVENT, won’t issues an refund ringing me again on Monday, disgraceful customer “service” without actually saying there are suggesting that I have the goods & want a refund which in my book is deformation of character. Seriously need to question their delivery driver the goods have not been delivered to my address, will fight this all the way B&Q, will never order of this company again disgraceful!
