My last order with Phytoextractum was quite an experience. I ordered my herbs and supplements from Phyto and when it was shipped it was supposed to be here in 3 days. Well, USPS gave us a ton of issues, claimed that phyto printed a label with an incorrect address. I confirmed through phytoextractum customer care that USPS made a mistake and Phyto indeed had the correct label. They were able to resend us the herbs and supplements again due to USPS losing our package. Phyto, I'm sorry that USPS blamed you for that bad label and I fully know that they were at fault. - My experience with Phytoextractum: They care about the customer and want to resolve issues! Thank you guys again for being the only place I will buy my herbs and supplements.
