Do Not Order
I've ordered from myhealthcounter.com in the past, and decided to place a larger order to save on shipping. The order never showed up. Although I had paid by Paypal, buy the time I'd wasted trying to contact MHC it was too lat to file a claim against them. They don't reply to emails and the phone number doesn't connect to anything- it just rings and rings. They will happily take your money, but you won't get your order.

this place is unreliable, they are fast charging your credit card but the product never gets on time, live chat just has the name cause you never get a response nor by email and by phone. unfortunately is one of the few places wher you can find bioderm products

Never Order From Them!!!
I never received a product. I tried to call multiple times, no one ever picks up the phone during the indicated work hours, I left a few messages on voicemail, my calls were never returned, their "live help chat" is offline, no one ever answered to my e-mail. I'm not not sure what are they doing, but it's hard to call it business, taking money and disappearing. Save your time and order some place else.
Do Not Do Business With Them!
I recently placed an order with this company & I never received the merchandise. After many attempts to get a response from them, even giving them a time frame to reply, still nothing. I contacted my credit card company, who in turn attempted to get an answer from them & they were unsuccessful as well. They reversed the charge on my credit card.
You will notice their online chat is always off line also. They are very quick to take your money but not send your order to you. I HIGHLY recommend finding another source for your product. I wouldn't order anything from them even if it were 100% free. If you choose to use them, all I can say is GOOD LUCK!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Same here... I ordered 2 items a month ago, but the status still says 'Processing', not to mention, they don't get calls. I will never pay for their products again.
