I wish I had never seen, nor heard of this company, DO NOT use them, they are lowlifes , who pray on people like you and me. I ordered a bottle of perfume early Dec 2013, Jan 2014, I started emailing them to find out where my perfume was, I received emails, saying that they will look into it, and get back to me, and to date I still have not received either, my perfume, nor money back!!!! So you will order from them, but you will never receive the item/s that you have ordered and paid for. I do not understand why, someone would do this to another person, in this day and age, they know people are struggling with their finance's, and I do not understand why they have not been arrested and charged with fraud!!!!! THEY ARE A NO STAR COMPANY, but I had to give them 1 star to leave this comment :(

These people actually do not have products or an office building, but are making unrealistic offers, take the money and string you along until its in their bank. I just can't understand why reputable banks and credit card organisations have not refused their business, as this has been highlighted on TV several times in the past. I ordered Drakkar Noir EDT 200ml at a third of the price that local shops are asking, so i'm just as stupid and greedy as everyone else. I suggest you only pay through organisations such as Paypal etc., so at least you can get your money back from them. Did anyone else actually talk on a phone to them? I think not. As well as going on line to inform, Phone your bank or credit card company and ask them to take action to block this "company", as you might at least save some other sucker from wasting money, and at least force them to change its ID.

My daughter ordered me a present in April, it never arrived then she was told she had to wait longer. She contacted them again and they said they would track it through Royal Mail so she had to wait another 14 days, then they ignored her emails and she could not get through on the phone so I tried and they pick up then hang up so I emailed and they replied saying she would receive a full refund in 5 - 7 business days OF COURSE SHE DID NOT AND NOW THEY ARE IGNORING OUT EMAILS. THIS IS A COMPANY SET UP TO FLEECE HARD WORKING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY, WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND SO I HOPE THE STAFF ARE REALLY PROUD OF THEMSELVES!!!!!

This company did not send my order and I lost £40. They string you along for about 3 months promising a refund then ignore all emails. They are based in another country and you will NOT get your money back.

I MADE ONE ORDER MORE THAN A MONTH AGO, WHEN MY PARCEL ARRIVED WAS WITH THE WRONG PRODUCTS, THEY TOLD ME TO SEND THEM BACK, BUT I TOLD THEM TO SEND ME THE REST OF MY ORDER TO SEE HOW MANY PRODUCTS (PERFUMS) I HAD TO SEND AT THE END. AFTER NEARLY 6 WEEKS I STILL DONT HAVE ANY ANSWER, ANY SIGNAL OF THE REST OF MY ORER, OR A REFUND FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT THEY NEVER SEND ME.(I TOLD THEM TO SEND ME PRODUCTS OR MY MONEY BACK), BUT NONE OF THOSE SOLUTIONS. I never received my perfume ordered in April 2014, on chasing via email I was informed that they would look in to it and get back to me, they never did. I chased again and was given this information:- 'We are providing 2 options of delivery: Economy - Offers great value but does not feature tracking information or insurance Insured - Tracking number and Insurance is included up to €300 According to our records you have selected and paid for economy delivery. When checking out you confirm that you have READ and ACCEPT our T&C. These are also the T&C of the EMS Network which we use as courier and comply with.' I have been told by my credit card company that I can not claim as I opted for economy delivery, the uninsured method. So I emailed Life-style-shop to request information relating to the postal claim that they had supposedly raised with their delivery company so that I could find out what has happened. They have not responded to any of my emails since. I have lost £40 and have no reason to believe the perfume was ever sent. Do no buy from this company.

Goods never arrived and when i contacted them a month later was told to wait another 2 weeks and they would investigate. After a few more emails from me wondering what the status was i was told that it was my fault as i had not opted for the extra tracking service on postage. Refused to send me a proof of postage. Even though they claim they are based in UK (and have UK phone number- probably through skype) they are actually based in Slovakia. All good reviews for this company are fake. They also operate as euro-market.org I have reported them at the Citizen Advice Bureau, UK Trading Standards and Action Fraud. I have also requested a charge back for non delivered goods. Avoid them at all cost!

So, was stupid enough to use these people to order some shampoo for my wife. Big mistake, good never arrived and when i contacted them a month later was told to wait another 2 weeks and they would investigate. Its the consumers responsibility to ensure delivery?? Anyway, stay well clear of them.. turns out you can set up a website and never send anything out that has been ordered as long as people don't pay for tracking... OH AND I HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE since that is the company's SOP on other review sites to get bad reviews deleted as soon as possible.. horrible way to do business ON TRUSTPILOT THEY GET BAD REVIEWS DELETED FOR SPURIOUS TECHNICAL REASONS look at every deleted review and know its a bad one they got removed Also, the good reviews from people on other sites with British names based in the UK all look like internet stock photos and none of them can write in English properly?!! hmmmmmmm they sure do seem legit eh?

Bought Paco Rabanne EDT from life-style-shop.com on 11th February (Copy of receipt sent to reviewcentre). Never again. I had not received the item by 18th April (almost 10 weeks after placing the order) so I emailed them to find out why? The next day I checked their website and the item was marked as 'processed' but not dispatched. I emailed them again to this effect and it changed to 'dispatched' hours later. Their reply a few days later (22/4/14) stated: "We have placed a claim for non-delivered goods with the post and will get back to you as soon as we have more information to share. I have since sent a number of requests for further information and requested a refund or that a replacement be sent. I have had no response to these and the only other message from them (30/4/14) states: ".... We are providing 2 options of delivery: • Economy - Offers great value but does not feature tracking information or insurance • Insured - Tracking number and Insurance is included up to €300 According to our records you have selected and paid for economy delivery. When checking out you confirm that you have READ and ACCEPT our T&C. ...." .... So they have accepted my money ( now 13 weeks ago) and I have received no product, no apology, no 'further information' no refund and no reply to a number of emails (30 April, 2 May, 6 May 8 May 12May) . Still waiting…….

Ordered aftershave for me Grandad. Never arrived...got the run around for over two months then got an email saying I choose economy deliver therefore nothing they could do. I have emailed them 7 times now without a lie. A customer service rep was helpful until I asked for my money back. Can any provide me with a link on how to report this company. My order was only for £40 and this is the first time I have been treated like this but would hate for others to fall into the same trap.

Please report them to Action Fraud.
It takes about 15 minutes to fill the form but Im sure it is worth it. I filled it in today.
They never sent my product and their customer service (always the same person) hangs up on me when I call!
Im so upset, first time something like this happened to me.

How rude are these people,just spoke to they're customers service and can hardly understand what she is saying and if she was employed by me she would have the sack. Bought 3 products from them but only 2 arrived, now they want me to photograph the ones that did arrive???? What a stupid idea, they say that is to prove that I have received them??? Jut delay tactics I think.

No expected delivery date given - never heard about "insured orders" on internet trading and was not anyway offered this option when I requested when I can expect my delivery I was answered the following!! " I can see that you have paid for economy delivery and we have sent your order with regular mail. Tracking information is available only for insured orders." They acknowledged payment on email of 8 March we are 29 March product not yet received I have grave concern re honesty of Company.

I lost out to £65 due to this company, I have read so many complaints online from people who lost their money. Please take 5 minutes to complete a fraud action form to have this company investigated and hopefully closed of business..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered some aftershave in November 2013. first I had an email saying they couldn't fulfill my order so I emailed and asked for my money back. They replied saying it had been sent but could take 25 working days.When it still didn't arrive in January I emailed again and was told it would be with me in 2-3 days. It wasn't. Then I was told they would report it as missing post which takes 16 working days for a reply, since then I have sent several emails which have been ignored

This company took my money and now refuse to refund me upon cancellation. I ordered some perfume from this company at the beginning of March 2013. After reasing all the negative reviews, I quickly realised my mistake and cancelled the order one hour after placing it. Two weeks and the dozens of emails later, the company refuses to refund 100% of my payment and demands a cancellation fee of 30%(!!!) of the order value, completely ignoring the fact that this is absolutely illegal according to the Distant Selling Regulations which they have to comply being located in the EU. I have been in constant contact with them throughout but all I have ever received in response is an email telling me that I agreed to their terms and conditions when I placed the order and they won't cancel my order without me paying the cancellation fee. They don't exist, stay away from them. I reported them to the Police Action Fraud UK as well as to my bank.

Ordered some aftershave on 25th January 2014 and was told that it would take 18 business days to arrive. Wondering why it would take so long, I looked up the company and found some very bad reviews. I checked my bank and the money went to a company in Eastern Europe even though the website is all in pounds sterling and the phone number is an English number. After 21 days there was still no item so I contacted them by phone but they just don't answer - ever! I emailed them and they told me to check my local post office to which there was nothing. I then emailed again and they told me 'We have placed a claim for non-delivered goods with the posts and waiting for their update.' which they said would take up to 14 days. Its is now 12th March and I still have no aftershave or refund. This company is basically just stealing money. DO NOT USE THEM - EVER!!

If anybody out there is thinking of buying anything at all from this so called on- line shop, DON'T. They show perfume at greatly reduced prices to tempt people. With hindsight, it's obvious now. I'd never heard of this company until one day, when I was on ebay trying to find some perfume for presents, their ad popped up. It looked great so I placed an order. I have been in constant contact with them throughout but all I have ever received in response is an email telling me that I agreed to their terms and conditions when I placed the order. They don't exist, don't order from them. I eventually got my money back through my credit card.

Ordered some perfumes from this company, have never arrived! Have taken the money from my credit card immediately. They are refusing a refund because I did not take out the insurance and tracking method. They also cannot prove any kind of despatch, so would imagine they haven't even despatched the goods in the first place and are just taking peoples money. Never answer the phones either. Like someone else has said, you can threaten to report them but they do not care. Fingers crossed I can get a refund through my credit card. Disgusting service, cannot believe they are still allowed to trade.

That is exactly the same response I had from them, saying I had not taken insurance and had agreed to their terms & conditions. I have reported them to trading standards and the European consumer centre, I have told them this and told them they are in breach of the law and I'm entitled to a refund, but funnily enough have stopped replying to my emails now. I will never get a refund back from them, hopefully my credit card company may refund!
All we can do is hope enough people start complaining to get their trading stopped.

I reported the to the European consumer centre and they told me to get in touch with my credit card holder which I did. I've just received my money back through them.
