Cannot Manage Online Orders

Ordered Sunday evening, despatch within 3 to 5 days, message on day 5 saying despatch is delayed, item maybe out of stock? Plenty of stock in the shops and still online so this was not the issue. Item despatched on the Sunday a week after placing the order, courier Yodel delivery should have been within 48 hours by Tuesday evening. Delivery failed Tues, then get told by 4pm Weds again no sign of my parcel and tracking switched off. I contacted H & B twice about this order service was quick online but they could not do anything so I have asked for a refund. As a national chain H & B should be better at this, other suppliers can manage despatch and delivery within 3 days.

They Are Okay

Not sure why they have so many bad reviews. Yes, their shipping was slow, but it did arrive.

It's Not Cricket

I know it's unprecedented times but why say my order will be with me in 2 weeks and then on the day it's supposed to be delivered say another 2 weeks 1 star. It's just not cricket also answer your emails. I sent one a 4 day ago?

Goods Never Delivered

I ordered over £80 of products online but after 4 weeks still had not received my goods

My first contact with customer services was appalling - the operative told me they were still processing complaints from the previous month and also could not see where my order was in the delivery system. I cancelled my order at this point and requested an e mail confirmation when my money was repaid to my card.

Having heard nothing I then contacted customer services again and this time was dealt with by a very efficient and courteous operative who sorted things out.

My advice would be if you contact customer services do it during the day and if you're going to but do it in store.

Bad Customer Service

I ordered some items online. On arrival one of the items was damaged. I have e-mailed twice to report this and ask for a replacement but have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgment. They are not the cheapest and I thought I would try their on-line service. Never again. Back to Amazon marketplace.
