Can’t Fault The Service!

Ordered on Friday morning, and it arrived Saturday lunchtime. Saved a good amount on the products too. Have read reviews that the service was slow. In this instance it was super quick, and I received a freebie!

Had To Chase Them

After 4 days my e-voucher had not arrived so I emailed the company. At first they did not reply so I then sent another four emails and finally got a reply. They increased the voucher from £25 to £30 and sent it straight away. My son’s partner has used it and the goods have arrived in time for her birthday. I would advise you to pursue the company if you’re not happy and they will reply.

I have contacted Dermalogica and enquired why this company is an authorised stockist when they are basically operating like this.

I have opened a claim with my card provider.

Cheaters

Terrible customer service is the least I could say. Cheaters would be a more accurate term. They charge you and do not send the orders. No answers to emails, or phone calls.

Find Another Site

I don’t want to hear about this site any more. they deceive and any order will be waste of your money. They don’t communicate, don’t answer the emails, your order may be not complete and you will never see refund or any sort of cooperation from their side. Better find another side- there are plenty od them.

Rubbish Site

I placed an order for a well known facial wash on December 10th and paid using my Paypal account. However. I didn't receive a confirmation email which worried me. The item has still not arrived and I have sent 2 enquiries via the company website requesting delivery details. Following both enquiries I did receive an automated email to say the enquiry had been received but as yet I've not had a reply to my question. What a waste of my hard earned cash, I'd rather have given the money to a charity of my choice!

Mixed Feelings

After running out of a couple of the Dermalogica skin products I use in my daily routine I needed them replacing fast and preferably cheap. I'll credit the site that they do offer these products at a much cheaper price than from Dermalogica themselves and with added special offers (free samples which I find the women of the Dermalogica counters often much more reluctant to give even when spending large amounts of money there first).

However, I ordered these products Saturday morning 9am and chose next day delivery so that they would be with me by Monday. I received my order confirmation right away but still nothing until today, Tuesday, saying my order has been dispatched and will be with me tomorrow. So ordering Saturday apparently leaves Wednesday as 'the next working day'?????

Annoying because my skin suffers a lot from not keeping on top of my regime. It's already started to worsen a lot. I dont think the site should offer services it cannot provide. I'm not being picky or naggy but I think to pay for next day delivery on a saturday and not be expected to be delivered until wednesday, a total span of five days from purchase to receipt (thats assuming they defintely come tomorrow). Aware Sunday isnt counted so four days, even if for some reason Saturday isnt then My product still should have been here by Tuesday the very latest. Just annoying and as a skin care company they should know the impact that this can have on customers skin and not promise products arrival if thats not true to the reality of when they'll be sent.

Better Than What I Expected.

Hi, I have been a Dermalogica product fan since way back in my New York Days. I now live in Barcelona Spain and was dreading getting hold of it. I found Dermalsense, have placed 2 orders which arrived perfectly, good prices, but the best is all the trail packages they give you in the package. Very well done. You got me as a future client. Thank you!
