I have used this company for a while without problems, though items take a long time to arrive. I have now realised that this is because they are sent from the states. This is not mentioned at all on their website. I recently had an item I needed to return, and that's when the problems started. They advertise their returns policy, but when you try and contact them, they just ignore you. I'm still waiting......
They have a phone number. Good luck trying to speak to anyone on that.

I've also had problems previously with personalised promotional offers which don't work when you try and actually use them.

Before I made my purchase, I would like to have known that I would have to wait nearly a month for it to arrive and I would also like to have known about their returns policy claims.
