Do not purchase from these people. I now wish I had read the reviews so learn from my mistake. You purchase a product from these people and they automatically put you down for a rolling order. I found out the hard way. 6th April I noticed Money gone from my bank to yumbles. I never ordered so I messaged to cancel and have a refund. 13th April still no response and now I've got to pay to send the product back and hope for a refund. Check your account and cancel any subscription that you didn't agree to. And do not expect a response from these people, they've had your money and you do not exist. Read the reviews and see what I wish I had seen and do not purchase from yumbles. In this day and age where money is tight this is the last thing you want to happen so be very careful.

Im very disappointed in what arrived..The cakes were badly packaged and arrived all broken and squished..Im on a Candida clense and its my birthday and they were supposed to be part of my celebration..How can this happen?? Packed like a hard object with no padding or protection...???? ????

THE BEST! Not only do they go above and beyond but they have the best tasting treats ive ever had. Always the best customer service. Highly recommend for any special occasion ... you MUST try the biscoff flavoured cakesickles they are to die for.

They take £28.80 off you a month after you place an order. I had no clue this would happen. I am in the process of getting my money back but I have read a lot about this happening online so I will not hold my breath. I'm not impressed in the slightest at signing up to something when the small print wasn't obvious at the time. I don't expect my card to be kept or used by any company that I purchase from online unless I physically set up a standing order or direct debit.

After leaving a review on trust pilot , yumbles went through all the genuine honest reviews and deleted them , when you buy from this company you are automatically entered into a subscription for 28 pounds after a month free there is no indication of this anywhere !!! When you email yumbles they of course apologise and say you as a customer have overlooked this as you ticked the box for the subscription, they then tell you for a fee you can cancel this subscription!! There are so many people that have bought from this company and have complained about the subscription and yumbles delete the messages ! Such a unorganised company that is clearly running into trouble . Will not buy from them again avoid at all cost !

I ordered my item 8 days ago. Paid express delivery. It's now 19th. It says delivery will be by 16th, but its only just been despatched. Mmm, sneaky and unacceptable suspicious administration. You can't tell someone it's going to be delivered on a date that's past!! And it's actually too late hence me paying for quicker delivery.
