They take £28.80 off you a month after you place an order. I had no clue this would happen. I am in the process of getting my money back but I have read a lot about this happening online so I will not hold my breath.
I'm not impressed in the slightest at signing up to something when the small print wasn't obvious at the time. I don't expect my card to be kept or used by any company that I purchase from online unless I physically set up a standing order or direct debit.

This has just happened to me too.
My bank has cancelled the payment and stopped and further payments being made, it is disgusting that they keep all your information and then set up regular monthly payments without your consent and what are these monthly payments for exactly?!
