I have to say , one of the most professional companies I have dealt with , after a little hiccup on my partners birthday present being delivered to early , the wine dancer went above and beyond to rectify this . They sent another surprise bottle of wine , completely complimentary to my partner as a surprise . Amazing customer service , lovely professional company . I would highly recommend them to everyone .

After a long search online for a special Port for my fathers 60th Birthday I found winedancer.com. They did not disappoint. They had the right year, the right price and according to my father, the Port was simply fantastic. I had it put in a personalised box as well which they made and put a message on the front of it. My father found the 'personal' sentiment really good. Thank you winedancer. Easy to find the right gift and delivered on time on and as I ordered it. Will certainly use you again if and when the need arises.

“Ruined our surprise 70th gift”

Order placed with 4 weeks notice. Item delivered on correct day only for the RECIPIENT to be called and asked if they received 3 bottles or just the 1!!!! Surprise ruined! I only found out about it from the receipient as they NEVER even bothered to call me to explain! Now we have a ruined gift which we will be lucky to receive in time for his birthday!!!! Terrible service, no remorse shown, no compensation for such a huge error.

“took money and sent no wine”

I ordered a case of numanthia 2005 wine in March from this website. They took the money from my card but turned out they did not have that wine. I asked for refund. they tried initially to do it, or so they said, but by then my card expired and they could not succeed. I told them the details of a new card but they decided not to bother. It is 186 pounds, so I wrote them a letter in beginning of June that I will take them to small claims court. they responded promptly that they will sort out the refund in a few days, but they apparently failed. Small claims court it is now. It is unfortunate that such people spoil the experience of online shopping. I do it a lot and very rarely come upon such issues.

We only had 2 Bottles of the 2007 vintage and the new stock would also be of that vintage. We waited for a reply to our email because we cannot refund to an expired card. Although a new date was sent for the expired card, we explained that we cannot refund to a card that has not been through our system.
In this particular case we will now send a cheque for the total amount. Matters have been delayed because we have moved into new premises. As a form of apologising we are going to send a free bottle of Romanico from the Toro area.

I have kept all communication with you and there is no mention of not being able to deal with the card that was not in your system. You have been taking it easy. We are sorry but the moving the warehouse and changes the computer we have missed the that email but if you sent a reminder we would sent the bottle of wine and the cheque.

We have carried small stock Numanthiae because the Eguren Family sold the Numanthia to a large company and now Marcus Eguren makes the Victorino Toro.
