I placed an order for £30.00 worth of shopping and monies were taked from my bank account almost immediately. A conformation of order was received by email only to receive a further email two days later cancelling my order and stating that a full refund would be made. Having received no refund, I contacted the company using the telephone number provided only to be greeted by rented receptionist service who could only forward messages. After leaving several messages I then started requesting a refund via the customer service email address. My phone call have never been returned or my emails replied to. There was no reason to have cancelled the original order that I can see, as all the products appear to be still on sale.
