I bought my daughter a refurbished Apple laptop in October, but it was a Christmas gift and wasn’t opened until Christmas Day. She couldn’t sign in to iTunes so couldn’t update anything, or do any action at all on the machine. I called Tesco outlet who informed me that I’d have to send it back at my own expense. It cost £26 to send it back only to be told they couldn’t fix it and I’d be sent a refund, but no postage refund. Christmas ruined, and £26 out of pocket for nothing but disappointment. Don’t waste your money on this rubbish
