Disgusting service by the store when reporting a health and safety concern which resulted in the Manager removing my elderly father and myself from the store. I’m fed up with the Folkestone West Park Farms stores shocking service. I have never received such poor service. Avoid shopping here as it only causes stress. I am a key worker and used to have respect for the colleagues of this store who worked tirelessly during the peak of the pandemic but a small minority of managers at this store are reprehensible and have no customer service skills whatever. This particular manager was aggressive,intimidating and unprofessional. Congratulations,you’ve lost a customer who visits your store 4 times a week for the past 30 years.
