Made an online order and was pleased to see the Bollinger champagne was on offer so I ordered a bottle to put by for Christmas.The night before my order was due, apparently they'd run out of Bolly and sent me a substitution which was full price but refunded the difference of £5.Imagine my annoyance when I saw they were still selling the Bolly but at full price, then saw the champagne sub they'd sent me was £10 off. So not only did I not get my Bollinger but was sent an inferior champagne which had I been an hour or two later, could have gotten at another £5 cheaper.Customer service didn't seem to get the irony of this and said I should take the champagne back to the store and change it there.

Ahem! The store is miles away and would have cost me the saving in petrol.

Awful company, awful customer service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who needs a company to trust.
