Posted 97.6 grams of 9ct gold, in their envelope, on 07/04/2015. Delivered and signed for on 09/04/2015 a/m. Their literature PROMISES that it will be weighed, and customer contacted within 48 hours. Now 11/04/2015 at 12 noon. Sent three emails and phoned three times, to be greeted by answer machine. All my details left with them. THEY STILL HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME. Have stayed indoors waiting all this time.
For obvious reasons i am VERY WORRIED. It is now begining to affect my health. At 68 years old, and a pensioner, i do NOT need problems like this.
If anybody out there has any ideas' please reply here. I don't really want to get a train up to London. I would NOT be a happy bunny.

same with me ive taken a case out against them and I have been advised to go to small claims court, my mother left me this gold when she passed away,ill take my chances in court.

Good for you, I am trying to get £259.51 shortfall of promised payment. It nows looks like i will be going to court.
