I ordered a custom lighter from the Canadian site and was blown away with the results. I was worried that it wouldn’t turn out good because the picture was big and a zippo isn’t but I’m blown away. The lighter was a picture of my dog who has recently passed away and I cry every time I see it because it looks so good. I will definitely be ordering from there again.

I only wanted to say that I appreciated the whole thing to the full. The product design was simple, enjoyable, and versatile. The customer service was good and friendly and helped me to make a perfect gift that was better. And during this pandemic, the product came on time, without delay.

The image is badly aligned missing (not half a cm) but 3 cm towards the the top of the image. The width of the curtain is longer at the bottom, until it gets to the middle and width becomes smaller and smaller eradicating the image and the alignment ignoring the image completely. If this had been a family portrait one member would have been frankenstein from the waist up and a very messed up face. The hemming is missing and fraid in places. It's too embarrassing to put up. I paid £89.00 for it. I have sent pictures and I am being ignored. The company is quick to take money but not quick in resolving problems. Most companies would be apologetic and do a reprint straight away. But not these guys. 3 days of silent treatment I need the reprint curtain by the 3rd of August 2020. Why can't they own up to their mistake and rectify. If I ordered this in a shop face to face I would refuse to pay for this substandard product, I doubt that the shop would show me such a mess. They shouldn't have sent me out that fudged product. Apparently it had been quality checked? LOL. (I never use lol but its appropiate here) Their phone lines are also dead. Using covid-19 as an excuse for bad customer service. Been emailing daily no response.

I ordered an item from bags of love, for the first time. The work has been made the same day and I got it the next day. The result is just amazing. So happy! It took me some time to find the right company and the right fabric. I still have a lot to print. I found my supplier eventually!! I definitely recommend this company.

My first time use of Bags of Love was for a special photo print gift biscuit tin. I was ecstatic when only a few days later, ahead of delivery time, the parcel was delivered to my front door, and it looks wonderful. My concerns about how if might be delivered were answered personally by email, and the carrier informed of delivery progress each day. I now have all my Christmas present dilemmas solved. There seems to be nothing that Bags of Love don't do, and to perfection. I am glad I discovered Bags of Love website.  Canberra Australia.

This was my second order and the service was even faster than the first time . The photo blankets of my daughters twins turned out amazing. I cannot wait to see my daughters face when she sees them. I ordered from Brisbane on Friday night and had my order on Monday.

Bags of love is amazing quality and super fast. Even thou it was xmas weekend i still had it built and shipped in less than 5 days. Great design. My daughter loved it.

I ordered a $250 custom king size sheet as a present and when it arrived I found that it was 2 pieces stiched down the center. I did not realize the dotted line on the order form was a seam. The first problem is the seam was not a nice smooth seam but a puckery seam that would not have been acceptable even without any photograph on it. The second problem was the seam went right thru my face! I desribed the problem to Bags of Love and their final offer was $20 toward another product. I was very dissappointed in their response. I would not recommend this company to anyone, things can be wrong with any order and if something is wrong with your order....well based on my experience you wont be happy.

I started out by ordering one of the blankets. It arrived so quickly and looked great. The quality is wonderful. Then I ordered another with a different design. Again, we were highly impressed. Just received an order of 4 pillows. Just beautiful! Will be getting more from them in the future. I still don’t know how they produce and deliver these custom items in just a few days. We received the pillows 3 days after ordering. They came from London to Richmond, Virginia. Simply amazing.

I ordered place mats from this company. They have two sizes listed, small and large. There are dimensions listed, but I assumed large would fit a standard plate. When they arrived they were too small for even a small plate to fit. The plate went over the edge of the mat. I contacted the company for support to either remake them in a usable size or issue a refund. They were unwilling to do either. They offered me $10 for my $170 order. This is a real buyer beware company. Do not order from this company!!

Found the website during desperate search for last minute 70th Birthday present. Very wide selection of gifts and fabrics. Had just what I wanted. Designed and ordered and delivered within 3 days. Was very pleased with the finished scarf. Wonderful printing and finishing. Will be using again and again.

Great Quality Products, and so quick! If you are looking for a meaningful gift but ran out of time....this is it! We are in Canada and got our printed sock in 2 days....I don't know where you can find that anywhere. The socks are made of great quality material and the prints came out great. The website is very easy to use and I love that you can upload various file types.
