Birthday flowers arrived a day late - Customer Service would only repeat that the delivery date that you request (and pay for!) on their site is not a guarantee and wash their hands of the issue. Completely unreliable - Use any other vendor that actually delivers on their promise and care about customers.

Never use Prestige Flowers. I ordered these on Thursday 23rd for next day delivery for my mother's 70th birthday and they still haven't been delivered (4 days later) I have called the customer services a few times and they wont let me speak to a manager or anything - they just want your money and then they are done with you! I spent almost £80 on the flowers and they don't even have the decency to call me back and let me know when they will be delivered!

One of thee most awful experiences I've had in my 20+ years of online shopping. I placed an order on 11th November for delivery on 12th November, which was accepted, confirmed and had payment accepted. I received an order confirmation email. No flowers arrived on 12th November or 13th November for that matter. I received no further emails on dispatch from Prestige Flowers and had no idea where my order was. I contacted customer services who sent me a tracking number for Royal Mail with delivery expected within 48hrs - 2 or 3 days after my requested delivery date. When the flowers arrived earlier today, they were substandard. The difference in the display on the listing and what was received can only be described as utterly disappointing. There is no way I could present these to my mother without feeling embarrassed or 'cheap'. I contacted customer services again and received a poor response. I'd advise to spend your money elsewhere if you'd like to avoid a late and substandard delivery. Safe to say it is the first and last time I'll ever be using Prestige Flowers.

This site is very easy to use and navigate. You can see everything clearly and it's all self explanatory. Just follow the step by easy step instructions and you can't go wrong. I'd highly recommend this site to my family and friends. The goods and service are excellent too and always highly appreciated.

I have used Prestige Flowers, everytime I send flowers for over a year now, and I have never had a bad experience with them. The flowers always arrive on time, safely packaged and are absolutely beautiful everytime. They also last. Having received from other companies I can honestly say hand on heart Prestige is the company to use, value for money but high quality despite the low pric.

The website has to cater for many types of flowers, orders, dates etc and it is not easy to work through. There are areas where the progress changes to a different column and it it nit clear that this has to happen. The payment screes are not particularly good and the first screen shows a red bar on the column seen first which says that there is No payment method - a bit puzzling to say the least. It turned out that there was a was a way of doing it but it was in the second column on that screen and it was not obvious. There were several other areas which I cannot now remember which I found puzzling. I think you might be surprised if you asked somebody (a customer who does not know the detail of your business nor the computer system) to sit down and order some flowers with no help from your robots. If he points out the difficulties to the observer on the way you will probably be surprised at the problems he encounters. No computer system is worth it if the customer cannot use it in an easy commonsense way - he might decide life was easier if he went to the local flower shop. I was trying to order flowers for Christmas delivery.

Sadly the bouquet looked like I'd got from a 24 hour garage. Looked nothing like what I ordered. Did complain, but got what I believe a copy and paste reply just added my name and bouquet type ordered. Actually had to apologise to recipient, as was embarrassed.

I do not go on line very often as I am now an old lady, but I wanted to send some flowers to my much loved grandaughter, who I do not see much as we live up in Yorkshire and she is in Kent. Hope these will give her a nice surprise, and remind her we think of her even though we do not often meet. This site proved to be an easy way to surprise her, and we trust she will be delighted with your flowers, in which case I shall repeat the exercise annually, and recommend it to my friends. My only criticism was your delivery charge, which was not mentioned until I was at the paymeent stage.

Next day delivery is essential and I’m glad you have it, only thing is that the vases should be included in my personal opinion, not as extra. The flower shop has a big variety of bouquets and extras which is very good. The fact you can add a voice message and a recording is amazing! Very very creative. Unique ! Never saw this anywhere. Congrats. Price is also worth it.

May i please ofer a warning about Prestige Flowers. I often send flowers to friends and family or business partners and have used one company since 2021 and sent eleven orders, sometimes multiple addresses. Never once has a delivery failed. I tried Prestige Flowers the first time for a recent delivery and the deilvery failed. While it was a business address, I have sent flowers there before with my original company without a problem. I would say try a different company

Ordered flowers for my 90th birthday,could not believe delivery times between 8am and 7.30pm,absolute joke,complained directly to Prestige Flowers,said it was out of there hands,blaming 3rd Party,so you are expected to stay in on your birthday between 8amand 7.30pm,does that sound OK to you especially when they are a surprise gift for someone,best scenario pay through your nose for guaranteed before 1pm still 5 hours!!!!!!!!stay well clear flowers weren't worth the cost,don't expect too much,get better for half the price!!!!!

Extremely disappointed to discover by chance flowers were delivered to our office five days ago and the courier (Royal Mail) didn't inform us of the fact, even though the box indicated what was inside. The flowers are now dead, when called today Prestige Flowers customer services said "We can't do anything about what the courier does" and refused to take any responsibility, even when it was pointed out this could effect their business

I've been using Prestige Flowers for over 2 years. They have, in my eyes, the best choice of flowers and bouquet sizes on the Internet, their prices suit everbody. Love that they have a wide range of extra gifts too. They have never let me down, flowers always arrive within a day and at the stated time. Never arrived crushed or broken. Will continue to use!! Roses and Lilies flowers were ordered for a birthday and arrived late where next day delivery was specified. I had to make alternate arrangements with my flowers going the opposite direction to where I live. I simply requested a refund from Prestige Flowers on the delivery as the flowers didn't arrive in time and instead 'store credit' of the delivery charge was offered as compensation. This is stated on their website that refunds cannot be given for 3rd party faults, but this does mean they could potentially claim back their compensation from their used postal / courier as delivery was not in specified time frame to minimize their expense, but at your expense. I don't think this is good business practice, being able to reduce expense at a customers expense and assume repeat business after poor service. I simply felt a delivery refund was fair given the flowers were late but received, as direct compensation to me, a once repeat customer. Otherwise the flowers received being a day late in a box in the dark were not as they guarantee as 'fresh flowers'. The overall look also was average at best given the cost. I will not be a repeat customer, as overall service was not good and I would encourage people to read the guarantee around delivery and end product. I felt my local florist would provide a much better bouquet and value with the cost involved.

This website is great. I was able to navigate through all options tools and flower selections. The description for each flower bouquet is a great way to understand what you are really purchasing. I think the great unique selling point foe this website, is that you are able to add an additional gift e.g. chocolates and wine. I would most certainly recommend my friends and family to use this platform.

Came back from seeing my sisters I thought I’d send some flowers as a little thank you. I have sent some before to my granddaughter, and everything went swimmingly no trouble at all I think what went wrong is I had to sign in to new customer or got an account tried both still wouldn’t go in so I had to change my password to start a new account I will be thinking very seriously about using your company again. It seemed very very difficult cause the end of day I think if someone’s buying flowers they want to get on your site see what they’re going to buy order it and pay for it, which I normally do if I’m buying anything online. I had managed to do it in the end and sent flowers, but I persisted. It might be your site or it might be my age. I’m not quite sure, but if this helps It’s all good

I find their website very easy to negotiate. I enjoy choosing from their range of lovely bouquets to send to my friends on special occasions. I like the fact that I can add a personalised card to accompany my gift. My friends always comment on how beautiful the flowers are and how long they last.

I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers for my 90th birthday from Prestige Flowers, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The delivery times they provided were absolutely unacceptable.
I was informed that the flowers would be delivered between the broad window of 8 am and 7:30 pm. I mean, seriously? Who has the time to sit around and wait all day, especially on their birthday, for a surprise gift to arrive? It's an absolute joke!
I decided to reach out to Prestige Flowers to voice my concerns, and their response left much to be desired. They essentially washed their hands of the matter, blaming it on a third party. That's no way to treat a customer, especially when it's their special day we're talking about.
To make matters worse, they suggested that if I wanted a more reasonable delivery time, I'd have to pay extra for a guaranteed delivery before 1 pm. Five hours earlier, but still far from ideal! Shouldn't making a customer happy be their priority, especially when it comes to a surprise gift?
The flowers I received were also lackluster and certainly not worth the cost I paid. It's safe to say that my expectations were not met, and I certainly won't be using Prestige Flowers again. There are better options out there at a fraction of the price.
In conclusion, if you value your time and expect a reasonable delivery window for your special occasions, I would advise you to steer clear of Prestige Flowers. There are plenty of other florists who can provide better service at a more reasonable cost. Don't set yourself up for disappointment; you deserve better.
