Birthday flowers arrived a day late - Customer Service would only repeat that the delivery date that you request (and pay for!) on their site is not a guarantee and wash their hands of the issue. Completely unreliable - Use any other vendor that actually delivers on their promise and care about customers.

“So disappointed with the service”

Never use Prestige Flowers. I ordered these on Thursday 23rd for next day delivery for my mother's 70th birthday and they still haven't been delivered (4 days later) I have called the customer services a few times and they wont let me speak to a manager or anything - they just want your money and then they are done with you! I spent almost £80 on the flowers and they don't even have the decency to call me back and let me know when they will be delivered!

“Awful service”

One of thee most awful experiences I've had in my 20+ years of online shopping. I placed an order on 11th November for delivery on 12th November, which was accepted, confirmed and had payment accepted. I received an order confirmation email. No flowers arrived on 12th November or 13th November for that matter. I received no further emails on dispatch from Prestige Flowers and had no idea where my order was. I contacted customer services who sent me a tracking number for Royal Mail with delivery expected within 48hrs - 2 or 3 days after my requested delivery date. When the flowers arrived earlier today, they were substandard. The difference in the display on the listing and what was received can only be described as utterly disappointing. There is no way I could present these to my mother without feeling embarrassed or 'cheap'. I contacted customer services again and received a poor response. I'd advise to spend your money elsewhere if you'd like to avoid a late and substandard delivery. Safe to say it is the first and last time I'll ever be using Prestige Flowers.

I have used Prestige Flowers, everytime I send flowers for over a year now, and I have never had a bad experience with them. The flowers always arrive on time, safely packaged and are absolutely beautiful everytime. They also last. Having received from other companies I can honestly say hand on heart Prestige is the company to use, value for money but high quality despite the low pric.

“Excellent flowers but web site details could be better...”

The website has to cater for many types of flowers, orders, dates etc and it is not easy to work through. There are areas where the progress changes to a different column and it it nit clear that this has to happen. The payment screes are not particularly good and the first screen shows a red bar on the column seen first which says that there is No payment method - a bit puzzling to say the least. It turned out that there was a was a way of doing it but it was in the second column on that screen and it was not obvious. There were several other areas which I cannot now remember which I found puzzling. I think you might be surprised if you asked somebody (a customer who does not know the detail of your business nor the computer system) to sit down and order some flowers with no help from your robots. If he points out the difficulties to the observer on the way you will probably be surprised at the problems he encounters. No computer system is worth it if the customer cannot use it in an easy commonsense way - he might decide life was easier if he went to the local flower shop. I was trying to order flowers for Christmas delivery.

Sadly the bouquet looked like I'd got from a 24 hour garage. Looked nothing like what I ordered. Did complain, but got what I believe a copy and paste reply just added my name and bouquet type ordered. Actually had to apologise to recipient, as was embarrassed.

“Flower gifts -quick and easy - even for grandmas!”

I do not go on line very often as I am now an old lady, but I wanted to send some flowers to my much loved grandaughter, who I do not see much as we live up in Yorkshire and she is in Kent. Hope these will give her a nice surprise, and remind her we think of her even though we do not often meet. This site proved to be an easy way to surprise her, and we trust she will be delighted with your flowers, in which case I shall repeat the exercise annually, and recommend it to my friends. My only criticism was your delivery charge, which was not mentioned until I was at the paymeent stage.

Next day delivery is essential and I’m glad you have it, only thing is that the vases should be included in my personal opinion, not as extra. The flower shop has a big variety of bouquets and extras which is very good. The fact you can add a voice message and a recording is amazing! Very very creative. Unique ! Never saw this anywhere. Congrats. Price is also worth it.

“Prestige Flowers Failed Delivery”

May i please ofer a warning about Prestige Flowers. I often send flowers to friends and family or business partners and have used one company since 2021 and sent eleven orders, sometimes multiple addresses. Never once has a delivery failed. I tried Prestige Flowers the first time for a recent delivery and the deilvery failed. While it was a business address, I have sent flowers there before with my original company without a problem. I would say try a different company

Ordered flowers for my 90th birthday,could not believe delivery times between 8am and 7.30pm,absolute joke,complained directly to Prestige Flowers,said it was out of there hands,blaming 3rd Party,so you are expected to stay in on your birthday between 8amand 7.30pm,does that sound OK to you especially when they are a surprise gift for someone,best scenario pay through your nose for guaranteed before 1pm still 5 hours!!!!!!!!stay well clear flowers weren't worth the cost,don't expect too much,get better for half the price!!!!!

I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers for my 90th birthday from Prestige Flowers, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The delivery times they provided were absolutely unacceptable.

I was informed that the flowers would be delivered between the broad window of 8 am and 7:30 pm. I mean, seriously? Who has the time to sit around and wait all day, especially on their birthday, for a surprise gift to arrive? It's an absolute joke!

I decided to reach out to Prestige Flowers to voice my concerns, and their response left much to be desired. They essentially washed their hands of the matter, blaming it on a third party. That's no way to treat a customer, especially when it's their special day we're talking about.

To make matters worse, they suggested that if I wanted a more reasonable delivery time, I'd have to pay extra for a guaranteed delivery before 1 pm. Five hours earlier, but still far from ideal! Shouldn't making a customer happy be their priority, especially when it comes to a surprise gift?

The flowers I received were also lackluster and certainly not worth the cost I paid. It's safe to say that my expectations were not met, and I certainly won't be using Prestige Flowers again. There are better options out there at a fraction of the price.

In conclusion, if you value your time and expect a reasonable delivery window for your special occasions, I would advise you to steer clear of Prestige Flowers. There are plenty of other florists who can provide better service at a more reasonable cost. Don't set yourself up for disappointment; you deserve better.

“Let's blame the Courier”

Extremely disappointed to discover by chance flowers were delivered to our office five days ago and the courier (Royal Mail) didn't inform us of the fact, even though the box indicated what was inside. The flowers are now dead, when called today Prestige Flowers customer services said "We can't do anything about what the courier does" and refused to take any responsibility, even when it was pointed out this could effect their business

Roses and Lilies flowers were ordered for a birthday and arrived late where next day delivery was specified. I had to make alternate arrangements with my flowers going the opposite direction to where I live. I simply requested a refund from Prestige Flowers on the delivery as the flowers didn't arrive in time and instead 'store credit' of the delivery charge was offered as compensation. This is stated on their website that refunds cannot be given for 3rd party faults, but this does mean they could potentially claim back their compensation from their used postal / courier as delivery was not in specified time frame to minimize their expense, but at your expense. I don't think this is good business practice, being able to reduce expense at a customers expense and assume repeat business after poor service. I simply felt a delivery refund was fair given the flowers were late but received, as direct compensation to me, a once repeat customer. Otherwise the flowers received being a day late in a box in the dark were not as they guarantee as 'fresh flowers'. The overall look also was average at best given the cost. I will not be a repeat customer, as overall service was not good and I would encourage people to read the guarantee around delivery and end product. I felt my local florist would provide a much better bouquet and value with the cost involved.

This website is great. I was able to navigate through all options tools and flower selections. The description for each flower bouquet is a great way to understand what you are really purchasing. I think the great unique selling point foe this website, is that you are able to add an additional gift e.g. chocolates and wine. I would most certainly recommend my friends and family to use this platform.

“Flowers that I tried on your website 3 1/2 days”

Came back from seeing my sisters I thought I’d send some flowers as a little thank you. I have sent some before to my granddaughter, and everything went swimmingly no trouble at all I think what went wrong is I had to sign in to new customer or got an account tried both still wouldn’t go in so I had to change my password to start a new account I will be thinking very seriously about using your company again. It seemed very very difficult cause the end of day I think if someone’s buying flowers they want to get on your site see what they’re going to buy order it and pay for it, which I normally do if I’m buying anything online. I had managed to do it in the end and sent flowers, but I persisted. It might be your site or it might be my age. I’m not quite sure, but if this helps It’s all good

I find their website very easy to negotiate. I enjoy choosing from their range of lovely bouquets to send to my friends on special occasions. I like the fact that I can add a personalised card to accompany my gift. My friends always comment on how beautiful the flowers are and how long they last.

Have Prestige flowers ever made good on poor delivery/quality of an order? I get the feeling that their website is highly praised, but not much praise is given to the quality of their flowers, delivery or service when something goes wrong. Have they ever accepted responsibility for disappointing their customers?

Yes I had awful flowers delivered to me, the roses arrived half dead within 2 days they needed throwing but it was obvious the poor flowers were dying of thirst by the time they reached me. I called and they were not very helpful accused me of not looking after them properly (I love flowers) but to no joy I could not get them to rectify it, all I wanted was a replacement bunch, my mum called and I said originally they were lovely and thank you, but a friend mentioned how bad they were to her, so she got me to forward a photo of them how bad they were and she demanded a new bunch to be sent which they did, but my mum I must say will get her own way, they could have prevented the embarrassment by just listening to me and clearly I was not forceful enough so if it goes wrong you need to be prepared to fight for your query :-) x

My order never arrived, I called to query and they apologised and promised a free upgrade and free chocolates. This order too never arrived. They then stopped answering the phone. I had to email countless times and eventually threaten legal action to get a refund. DO NOT BUY YOUR FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY. PLEASE.

Hi, I ordered flowers for my motherin law's birthday which was a bank holiday- on the website it appeared this was no problem as I paid a premium for them to be delivered on this day. When they didn't arrive I emailed prestige who denied I had paid for this service do I had to forward them my confirmation as proof. The flowers arrived 4 days after her birthday and that was with me chasing every day- even then they were delivered to a completely different address but the recipients were very honest and helpful and delivered them to my mother in law themselves several streets away. When I chased this up I was told my in laws were out so they had been delivered to a neighbour which was utter rubbish as they weren't even in the same road. When they did arrive they were very disapointing- half dead and half the amount - I paid over £50.00 for these. Prestige just made excuses and weren't interested in the state of the product that arrived- the only offer they gave me was to refund the difference for the premium delivery at first they offered a voucher for free delivery which I refused as I won't ever use them again.

I have had great flowers delivered in the past, however I ordered a hamper recently and paid for named day service (Saturday) so my parcel would arrive on my father in laws birthday. We live in Aus and he lives in the UK. We were so disapointed when we called him to find nothing had arrived, huge let down. The parcel was eventually delivered on the Tuesday. When I enquired about the late delivery, I was told that next day delivery can not be guaranteed and that it states this on their website. I never ordered next day delivery, it was ordered a week in advance to arrive on a specific day, that I paid for - so even a decent reply of the mishap was not looked into either. We order online a lot for overseas deliveries and they have lost my custom - Much better service from John Lewis, this is who we use now.

The short answer is no. They accepted no responsibility and did not answer at all when asked to make reparation for flowers which should have been delivered for a specific date (special occasion). The flowers also left something to be desired.

No, they are not interested after the flowers have been dispatched, it then becomes your problem for not being able to resurrect dying flowers ! When you complain they tell you their senior florist advised you follow the instructions included with the flowers and they will 'perk up and last 7 days' , no chance , they are almost dead when you receive them. Customer service is non existent, everything is your problem. It's interesting to note their website is glowing with comments, that's because they remove any negative posts immediately, what better way to fool the public ?! I would certainly not advise anyone to use Prestige Flowers.

Hi, So my order arrived a day late for my mums birthday because apparently Devon is so far out of the way. The roses were black all around the edges. I sent pictures and they said they'd investigate and get back to me. They never did! I emailed them three times with no further reply. In short, I would avoid them. They delivered dead flowers late and not only essentially ignored me but also didn't refund me!!

When I complained about the flowers dying in a couple of days they sent a lot of waffle, wanting photographic evidence within a few days of receipt, which not realistic as a complaint us unlikely to reach them for quite a long time after the flowers were sent. They did eventually send a £5 voucher which is not much use as we will not be using them again.

Have only ever had one minor issue with Prestige flowers as their service is normally faultless. I emailed them and it was resolved immediately and they also gave me a discount for use against my next purchase which as they had resolved the issue anyway was an added bonus.

The worst florists I ever dealt with. They tried to deliver a day before requested when no-one was in and then left the flowers in the Royal Mail sorting office over a hot bank holiday weekend - all dead of course. When I complained they invoked their small-print which said they didn't deliver on Sundays - even though the Sunday came up on their list of options - and that they would then deliver a day late (not a day early). They had a false address for correspondence and eventually I issued a claim through the Small Claims Court and only then got an apology. I was still out of pocket on the court fee. I was also disappointed by Trading Standards who were completely uninterested.

None of the flowers I ordered ever arrived, even though payment was taken. I contacted them frequently and never received a single reply or apology. The only way I managed to get my money back was by involving my bank. I posted a public question on their Facebook page, which was immediately deleted and I was blocked. I saw this happen to someone else as well. Negative comments are erased. Avoid this company like the plague.

I doubt it. Very well observed. I've also just come to the conclusion that there are a lot of fake reviews on here, noticeably those praising the website, it the delivery, lacking in real information, or posted before receiving the goods yet giving high ratings. They did not make good on my complaint, but PayPal did agree a refund. Prestige were systematically evasive and unhelpful, refusing to refund for not-as-described flowers including half-dead drooping roses. Then (email exchange No. 13), they tried to get me to withdraw my PayPal escalation saying they'd try and help through customer services. Yeah right. Thank you PayPal for sorting it out in the end.

I have used them a few times and the online process is great. We have had the odd flower not last very long, but never a bad bunch. This Valentine's I order flowers for my wife to be delivered to her work, but she then took the day off. I called five days before (the first time I realised!) and was told that the flowers had already been boxed, labelled and sent to the post office so it was too late to do anything!!!!
