One of thee most awful experiences I've had in my 20+ years of online shopping. I placed an order on 11th November for delivery on 12th November, which was accepted, confirmed and had payment accepted. I received an order confirmation email. No flowers arrived on 12th November or 13th November for that matter. I received no further emails on dispatch from Prestige Flowers and had no idea where my order was. I contacted customer services who sent me a tracking number for Royal Mail with delivery expected within 48hrs - 2 or 3 days after my requested delivery date.

When the flowers arrived earlier today, they were substandard. The difference in the display on the listing and what was received can only be described as utterly disappointing. There is no way I could present these to my mother without feeling embarrassed or 'cheap'.

I contacted customer services again and received a poor response.

I'd advise to spend your money elsewhere if you'd like to avoid a late and substandard delivery. Safe to say it is the first and last time I'll ever be using Prestige Flowers.
