Order flowers as a surprise to arrive at specific date, they failed, they set a new date and failed to deliver again. Had to embarrassingly contact the recipient and ask if they had received them because Prestige failed to tell me
The were quick enough to take the payment but failed to inform me they failed to deliver.
Numerous emails, long phone calls and still they are making excuses trying to switch the blame back to me
Their service, their customer service all very very poor, would not recommend. My surprise flower arrive 2 weeks late with the surprise ruined and 4 week later still battling with customer service to get compensation
