Are Marks and Spencer’s reading these reviews?what is going on with them?
I ordered flowers last week for a friends new baby arrival. Despite receiving messages from M&S and Yodel saying they were on the way they never arrived. I eventually managed to get through to Marks on phone only to be greeted by someone who seemed to be reading from a script and telling me the call was being recorded. She agreed to refund my money and send another order to be there at latest 2 days ago. Exactly the same problem has happened. Now 2 days late and no flowers and no info. Have e mailed them twice but now replied.
I’m also angry and hugely disappointed . Did gusting service from them and Yodel . Wish I had used someone else.
