I ordered a plant to send to a funeral said guaranteed delivery. I just got the call that they do not have the plant I ordered. Which was a large fiscus tree. Paid over 150.00. “Failed to deliver timely and then charged my account...”

I ordered flowers to be sent to my daughter out of state for the birth of our first grandchild. I paid extra to have my flowers sent that day. The flowers never arrived. I emailed customer service, they sent an email back saying they were looking into the matter. I ordered the deluxe african violet basket and when I saw it i was horrified - One wilted african violet and 3 small wilted unidentifiable plants - I was embarrassed and ashamed of this pathetic excuse for an arrangement. I ordered something that looked different from a normal arrangement (Paradise Found Item # TFWEB386DX) and what did I get? Something that looked like a normal arrangement. No bamboo, no birds of paradise! Not even close to what I ordered. Sorry, but this is unacceptable. On the 3rd of Oct 2018 I ordered a premium bouquet for a very special occasion. Delivery was requested for the morning of 6 Oct. At 13:55 on the 6th I received an email from the flower shop confirming that my order was delivered. On 9 Oct I found that my order had NOT been delivered at all. I spent over 100.00 for the deluxe version of a flower arrangement for someone in Canada and what was sent looked nothing like the picture!! it wasn't, full it had five roses and 10 carnations and the vase was cheap! there was nothing special about it and when you go to a professional florist you expect something better than what you can purchase from Walmart or Albertsons. they shouldn't advertise pictures they cant duplicate. save your money and avoid flowershopping.com and go with a real… Read Full Review
