Wanted to get flowers to my daughter on a Friday. Ordered online and payed extra to get them there same day. Order went through and my credit card was charged. Friday came and went and nothing was delivered. Called their customer service number during normal business hours and the automated service said nobody was available to take my call and should call back during normal business hours. Sent 2 emails and finally got a response. They sent an email saying they couldn't find a vendor so they cancelled the order. What a lousy company. They couldn't give me a call? I asked why the order went through if they had no vendor to fill it? NO response. These people are just brokers, flower pimps. Save yourself the hassle and go directly to the local flower shops in the area you are sending them. Big waste of time.
