Avoid at all costs - Delivered dead flowers 5 days late - Refused to speak with 3rd party after consent had been given - Offered no compensation and have tried to end my complaint without authorisation - Customer service is abysmal and when challenged have just replied to say they are closing the email thread and will not reply - No consideration for customer who have potential mental health issues and are not able to converse directly with the company - No consideration for TCF - No consideration for anything other than making money and not compensating for a terrible service - Please read reviews about this awful company before you decide to use them
