I ordered some flowers to use to cheer someone up and take to there house during these hard times.
I spent over $100 for the most basic, lifeless, small bunch of florals that were brown in a few leafs when they got to me.
They also delivered the wrong ones to me first.. and I had to call and rectify it.
The roses reminded me of what you would get from Woolworths the not fully coloured pink and just handles any petals in the flowers. I paid and extra $37 for the upgraded bunch and received one extra flower.
I raised my concerns and I got the generic the ‘quality’ team have assessed and say ‘the flowers appear fresh and contains the correct amount of stems’
I don’t care about the amount of stems, I care about the quality and how it visually looks.
I had to order from another company and they came the next morning and were absolutely stunning and it was half the price.
Horrible customer service, terrible flowers. If I could give it no stars I would.
I also don’t want the voucher they offered as I will never use them again.
Do better. This is not on over $100 down the drain.
