Absolutelly horrible flowers, poor and dissapointing, I have sent them to my sister as a sympathy gesture and was very embarrassing. I would buy much better flowers at the supirmarket for same price , total waist of money

“dead roses in bpuquet”

decided to give Delightful Bouquets a try to cheer up.my daughter who had a sport injury. ordered the flowers on a Thursday for next day delivery. When I asked my daughter for her feedback on the Friday, she said quite a few of the white roses had to be thrown out as they arrived with drooped heads. What a disappointment! I emailed the company straightaway with a photo but have yet to receive a reply.

I ordered 4 bouquets as wedding Thank you gifts. They arrived on said day in sturdy boxes. But when I opened them I was extremely disappointed at the lack of flowers and that they were nothing like the pictures. They were also droopy and dry. I sent images of the Flowers to the company and a comparison of what they advertised. They told me this was correct what I received! I told the they were shocking and an utter disgrace. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Better value in the supermarket! Which is what I ended up doing. I wish I could add photos of the shocking order.

“Funeral Flowers”

I ordered a spray of carnations for a family funeral which I was unable to attend due to work and distance, (300 miles). I ordered well in advance, over a week. They phoned me on the morning of the funeral and said they couldn't do it today !! They offered the next day, and blamed Royal mail. I was furious to put it mildly. They were completely unsympathetic. They offered no alternatives, just a refund. Absolutely shocking service. I was so upset. Luckily I managed to find a florist at the location of the funeral who were able to help me, but they should have done that !! Avoid this company at all costs.

“Mothers day flowers arrived the following Wednesday!!”

I ordered flowers for my daughter for mother's day and they arrived the following Wednesday. The company are asking for a photo of the flowers and when I pointed out it was the delivery I was complaining about they say its company policy to have a photo to refund!! Awful company....be aware

“AVOID !!!”

This company will take your money, not deliver your flowers on time and when they are delivered (5 days late!!), they are not what you ordered. I ordered a large bouquet and my mum received some dried out carnations with spray 5 days AFTER she should have received them. Customer Services ignored 3 emails and phone calls to them are cut off before you get through and no refunds. Shockingly bad company. SHAM!

“Mothers Day Swizz”

Paid for flowers on 12th March for Mother’s Day including an increased amount for tracked delivery - No flowers arrived Mother’s Day, and multiple phone calls all unanswered, also no response to emails. Have requested call back of funds through credit card provider, but I can’t warn enough to avoid this sham of a company.

3 days late, a bunch of very wilted pathetic looking flowers arrived. The flowers were completely different to those ordered and now emails will not deliver to the address given so complaints cannot be made. Dreadful company!!!

“Zero stars.....sham!!”

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered for Mother's day gift, delivery date 18/3/23..... no delivery and no response to emails. Finally delivered 22/3/23, even though I requested cancellation due to not arriving for Mother's day. Ordered a large sunshine yellow bouquet..... pitiful looking bunch with not a yellow flower to be seen!!! Do not order from here, images do not represent the actual products and customer service is non existent!!

Update!!!
Finally received an email only to be told that sometimes flowers ordered are not in season so others have to be sent. Seriously!!!... so no yellow flowers in season at all!! Having since looked into other reviews, it seems they send the same half dead bunch to everyone.

I ordered flowers from Delightful Flora well in advance of Mothers Day to ensure delivery.Not only did they not arrive but I have completed 2 online forms and have no response from them! Coincidently my brother also ordered from them and hos flowers didn't arrived as stated,and turned up today......2 days late ! Our poor mum is poorly too so it's even more frustrating that she went without. Will never use this company again,the funny thing is they have no problem spamming my inbox with discount offers yet can't fulfil my original order I will make sure anyone I know NEVER uses this firm.

“Shipped to wrong address ”

My younger sister was involved in a car accident, there was a wonderful lady who stayed with her and helped her until the paramedics got there. As a thank you we ordered flowers to her address to show our appreciation. The flowers never made it because they shipped the flowers to the incorrect address. Shocking customer service. Never received an email confirmation. Luckily I had screenshot so bad proof.

“Truly Awful ”

Avoid at all cost. Due to train strikes I couldn't visit my mother on the day of her 70th birthday (I had planned a fancy lunch at our favourite restaurant) So I decided to send flowers on the day (ordered the day before) so she had something arriving on her actual 70th birthday. The flowers never turned up and that was 4 days ago. £20 for a bunch of roses and £7 for next day delivery and she received nothing... I was hugely embarrassed. They gave me a flimsy story about postal strikes and it would arrive 2 days late, still nothing and any flowers arriving now would be dead as a dodo so won't be expected. Requested a full refund, was told they couldn't cancel the order as it is in transit. I will continue to request a full refund every day. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company, in all honesty I think you'd have more luck drawing a bunch of flowers on a piece of paper, attaching it to a gastropod and instructing it deliver it to your loved one.

“Dreadful service”

Ordered flowers for mothers 92nd birthday. Selected delivery date, but they didn’t arrive. Royal Mail Tracking showed they were still 150 miles away. So they had use a Courier that couldn’t ensure correct day delivery despite advertising it. Charged £4 for tracking, then when I complained just said basically ‘sorry about that, but here’s a link to our T&C’s showing we are not liable! ‘ Dreadful service, never again.

Avoid this company, couriers will be the cause of delays, but this company is not interested to respond to these problems - dead flowers, disappointment, upset etc. Their customer service first don't reply to email queries. and if you persist, they have no interest in making any reparations. Avoid disappointment and avoid them
