dealing with this company was a headache from the beginning. had trouble online ordering so i called the number and he said he can do order for me. i expressed that i was worried that the order i started online would be charged on my card. he assured me it would not...well, next day i had to call because they had charged me, they refunded me the money. i ended up ordering 2 orders of sympathy flowers going to 2 different homes. long story short...they did not arrive on the tues that they promised and said the earlies they could get them there was the following tues. (they said it was because of road closures, i have no idea if that is true) i asked for a refund so i could reorder from another company...refused to do so...said they would upgrade the order and new orders would be sent out on the following tues. this was not ideal but i went along because they refused refund. so the flowers were ordered for a recipients received that order on the friday...some were wilted but i thought well since they are sending a fresh order in 4 days it's ok. well, the flowers did not arrive on the following tues as promised...i sent an email on tues night...they gave another excuse. the flowers arrived on wed...they were not delivered this recipients had to go pick them up. and yes, these bouquets are not the ones i ordered, they look like a kid arranged them...and they are wilted. i have stopped trying to get proper compensation...i feel awful that my cousins were sent flowers that were not as promised and late delivery's and wilted AND in the end had to go pick them up! this was very upsetting as we had just lost a member of our family and this is what we had to deal with. NEVER again will i deal with this company and will be telling everyone i know....i find it curious that the bloomex site does not have a place to freely leave reviews...they show reviews but obviously controlled reviews. Do yourself a favor and save your money and stress...i have not one positive thing to say about flowers my order was 150.00...for that price i expected better
