Good day,

I placed an order for flower for my wife on the 22 July for delivery on 26 July 21. I finally received it today 29 July 21
I wanted to talk over the phone so you could hear from my own words what has happen since I placed this order with no reply.

In summary, I haven’t given my wife flowers in a long time. She has been really down as of late (COVID) Est. I thought I’d pick her back up so I ordered some flowers from your organization (Bloomex).

This was a surprise so when the delivery man came to the door my son answered not knowing about it and my son said the guy just left and my son happens to be a minor.

So when I called customer service (26 July 21) and asked why my order wasn’t dropped off to the address given, I was speaking with someone with a strong accent so I couldn’t Understand everything she was saying and found myself asking to repeat what she was saying often and from what I gathered, she kept saying there is nothing to do and it our policy.

After sending multiple Emails, asking for a refund of both the flowers and second delivery charge of 15 dollar for resending the order before I actually received it.

I hope to warn as many people as possible of my experience.

At this point my surprise has turned into a nightmare.
