Website says delivery to Sussex Inlet NSW 6 days a week. Organised flowers on Friday morning for delivery Monday. Get a call on Saturday very hard to understand the lady, had to ask her to repeat the issue 4 times. Finally understand that they are saying delivery day is Thursday. Said that is no good Tuesday is her birthday. They repeat they will deliver flowers Thursday. I said no you will refund my money and cancel the order. Now madly scrambling to get flowers delivered. Very poor service. If deliver was Thursday the website shouldn't have allowed me to book it, and I simply would have gone elsewhere.

I wish I had seen your review before spending more than $100 on Bloomex. Do not consider #Bloomex as a reliable company.
