It would have been nice to know ahead of time that there would be a $30 service fee just for ordering through here , we also requested same day delivery but did not get them delivered till the following day. The bouquet and bear did not match exactly what we ordered but it was close. Probably will not use again.

Two years now of excellent fast service delivery of beautiful arrangements on time, sometimes same day service also resolved an address mistake on my part. Could not be happier!

UNABLE TO FULFILL ORDER IN TIMELY FASHION.

.: I was recently "stranded" in Boston for two nights. The first night, my flight was cancelled because of a snowstorm in Ottawa. The second night was because of ATC problems during the US gov shutdown. The third night I actually made it to Ottawa, but missed by connecting flight to western Canada. Anyway, friends in Arlington caught wind of my predicament and offered their home to me as a place to stay while I waited from finally leave Logan Airport. Sending flowers, which I ordered from my home in western Canada, felt like the right was to say "thank you" to them. I ordered 12 red roses, which Avas Flowers delivered on the scheduled date. My friends were thrilled to get them. So thank you to Avas for great service.

my daughter was having a bad day and we decided to surprise her with flowers! She recieved them and they were as pictured! She was VERY happy! I was surprised at the rather large service fee

Ordered flowers for my wife for Mother's Day well I was away on business. I was worried that they weren't going to get there on time so I paid the extra to make sure they were there before 2:00 p.m. to be honest I was kind of nervous cuz I did not know if they were going to make it. They were delivered on time and they made sure that they were handed to her. Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond. The arrangement was beautiful,exactly what I had ordered. Thank you!
