This is not a local florist! In fact, you cannot even call the shop directly. I ordered and paid specifically for beautiful in bloom flowers, and the recipient received a bunch of closed bud green stems, and babies breath. The card with my note on it was improperly capitalized and the explanation point at the end of the sentence overlapped the last letter. Also, the flowers I purchased were $65 yet the total was over $100 because of the service fees, delivery, fee, and taxes! I would not recommend this company and I’m definitely going to go with someone local and personal next time that actually has a human being you can speak to about your issues.

I wanted to send flowers to both daughters to celebrate "Galentines Day" in place of Valentine's Day. Avas Flowers did not fail. In fact, the bouquet was delivered with fresh flowers. My daughters were surprised but delighted with the beautiful arrangement.

Very disappointed in this company. Their ad said no delivery fee if you used a code. I used that code and they still charged me a $9.99 delivery fee! They also tacked on a $24.99 "Service Fee" that I did not see on their ad at all. When I complained, they offered me $10 off my next order. Are they kidding? I will never order from them again.

This was the first time that I have used Ava’s for sending flowers to our daughter at Virginia Tech. It was easy to order online and the communication was great throughout the process from order to delivery. Our daughter was surprised by the flowers and they made a beautiful arrangement. I live in Seattle. My sister lives in Brenham, Texas. I wanted to send her flowers and decided on the orchid offered by AvasFlowers. I felt it was a little chancy since I didn't know this florist. They delivered the orchid as requested and my sister said it was lovely and blooming with a lot of buds for flowers to come. It brightened her day and therefore mine. Thanks AvasFlowers.

The flowers I ordered do not look like the pictures used. I paid extra fees for same day delivery and it did not get delivered. I got trashy bouquets. I do not recommend anyone to order from here. You will be on hold for longer than an hour to talk to customer support.

Avas Flowers has made it easy to send love from Texas to VA! They made selecting and ordering as simple as possible as I chose to call instead of ordering online. Love a personal connection if I can get it. It was helpful hearing about the choices I had and estimated cost. When a plant I selected became unavailable, I was given an opportunity to replace it something else and they didn’t charge me the higher price it normally costs. We sent plants to our DIL and granddaughter for Valentine’s Day 2024. The only hiccup involved the cards being on the wrong plant but our son quickly remedied that before they saw it. ???? I’m thankful to have a florist I can rely on out of state and Avas Flowers remains my Go-To-Florist while the Navy has them stationed nearby! Mahalo! ????????

I ordered an arrangement for a friend in the hospital. There were plenty of beautiful arrangements to select from. I was happy that I was offered free delivery (value of $9.99), but when I went to check out, I found a “a service charge” of $24.95 was applied. I think this amount is a bit high for a service fee, but I had already input my credit card information and didn’t have time to search for another flower delivery company to see if their service fee would have been less. They should have listed all of their fees before I went to check out.

Most of the order went well. The flowers were delivered on time and very pretty. However, the person I reached out to on the phone was a little vague when I was asking specific questions about the order. I thought fees were a bit excessive ($25 “handling fee” on a $50 order). Additionally they forgot the card which was very important to my order. When they were received the person had no idea who they were from or why.

Our company experienced 2 losses in less than 3 weeks and used a local florist in Eveleth for the first and it was an absolute disaster! Day before the funeral notified out of my choice and difficult to communicate with and resolve. This experience was the total opposite and a breath of fresh air. No worries and delivery on time, exactly what I ordered. Can't thank you enough from us and our employee and their family!!!!
