I ordered my daughter her first Halloween costume and payed an extra £10 for it to be delivered on the 31st before 1pm. The costume didn't arrive I called up and was told they put it in the later truck to be delivered the next day(1st) and would refund the charges. The costume still didn't arrive so I called up again and spoke to a different person who then told me it hadn't left there depo yet, I told them to forget about the costume as it was no use anymore as Halloween was over! To which I was told they would refund it as soon as the costume arrives back in there shop. However the costume arrived today! A week after it was supposed to and after I had already told them I want a refund! Called up again today to be told to send it back to get a refund so I have to pay to return something I had cancelled a week ago. Absolutely shocking! To pay for something to come within a certain day/time to then not arrive, and to be told different things down the phone is a disgrace! I will definitely not be shopping with fancy dress again and I will not be recommending any of my family or friends to do so

Customer service is a joke! If you want your company to survive I suggest you hire staff that care about their job and quality of care and compassion they put into achieving the best for there customers! If I wanted standard delivery I would've only paid for standard delivery. Not impressed with the lack of communication between store and customer. Not so much as an email to inform me that the costume I paid an extra £10 for would not only be here on the day it was supposed to (31st) but not arrive until a week later today (6th)
