Had an issue with a new game having a empty box and no cartridge inside. Emailed the customer service with 0 response still, not even an automated one and it's been 4 working days already. Also their phone number advertised on their invoice and website is a dead line, so I can't even speak to someone to know my issue has been logged.
I don't hold the missing game issue over their heads as it's obviously a manufacturing issue, but to have seemingly no customer service in place is shocking. They could obviously have their hands full with emails, but that's the point of automated responses, so I at least know it's been logged and I need to be patient. Very annoying.
