Good with a hiccup.

I ordered an 'XBOX' on Christmas Day, the console was marked at recommended retail price which I appreciated as many retailers are inflating their sales prices of the next generation consoles. The console arrived on the 29th Dec with DPD (which is the best courier imo) with no additional delivery charge. I also emailed asking what the delivery estimation for my console would be as it was the Christmas period and Simply Games got back to me very quickly once everyone had returned to work from the Christmas holidays. I'm satisfied with my order. The only downside I have is the fact that my Xbox box was damaged upon arrival. Luckily none of the contents were damaged, but this is likely because of the lack of protective wrapping that was provided by Simply Games when shipping the console. I therefore suggest adding bubble wrap / paper to the packed boxes to add additional protection as my package didn't have any. It was just a box within a box. Overall, I'm satisfied with my order, though I can't recommend Simply Games to a friend particularly if they are purchasing expensive items due to the lack of packing material. I was lucky that my Xbox wasn't damage, but perhaps somebody else wouldn't be as lucky as me.
