Ad the title says, it was most likely due to the poor packaging and the way it was handled. It's unfortunate as the parcel paper came in all damaged so I was already expecting it.
The payment took about 5-6 days to happen and they game was only sent out the day before release, and came about 3 days late. However this was explained that would happen.
Price was OK.
